Support is currently available through several means.

Our live support staff is available from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time from Mon-Fri except on holidays.

Email support is available from 'support @ reevesoft.com'.

But we encourage all of our existing clients to use the Support Ticket system from within our products so that we can better track and keep record of any issues. This also helps you in the event that escalation of the issue becomes necessary as you'll have it completely documented... thankfully that's extremely unusual due to our excellent support staff.
